I was highly skeptical but this truly does work. You MUST heat the grill a full 5 minutes before applying the wet tool, and you must re-dip it into a bowl of water after every few strokes over the grates. It pays to apply pressure using the secondary grip on the handle, but remember it's the steam that's doing the work. It absolutely removes residue from across the top of the grilling grates. That said, it does no better than any other grill brush removing residue on the other surfaces of the grates and for this, like other tools, you are reliant on the blade which never fully reaches all surfaces on any grill cleaning tool. I've immersed it in soapy water and placed the detachable head in the top rack of the dishwasher and both methods remove much of the accumulated grime but not fully. I'm curious to see how long these replaceable heads last, they appear to be made from a fairly heavy-duty sailcloth-like canvas stretched over a rigid plastic form. Given nearly identical implements are going for twice the price, this is a reasonable price and comparable to what you would spend for a good quality wire brush.

I've tried a lot of things and was almost giving up when I came across the Cuisinart brush. The design is a bit big, which is good, at least for me. You can use both hand and have better control and ease of use. I've been using the steam method by hand and this makes thing so much easier. Since it's bigger than other products I've tried, it also feels durable and of good quality. Love that Cuisinart made the head removable. You can always buy a replacement and swap it in a heartbeat. Great functionality and ease of cleaning. This is the product I was waiting for quite some time

I saw reviews for another, more popular brand of cleaner brush and was, frankly, turned off by them. When I saw this one on Amazon, for a better price and still a good brand, I decided to try it. I am sure glad I did. This brush cleaned my grill perfectly. NO BRISTLES TO GET IN MY FOOD!. It was easy to use and very durable.

The pad surface wears out quickly. I have only cleaned my grill five times and the pad surface has multiple tears, ragged holes and is wearing quickly. Replacements are about $14.00, so this cleaner, althoughcheape4 than the major brands, looks like it is not going to last very long. And will be costly due to more frequent replacements. The handle is strong and ergonomically designed.

It does a good job cleaning the grill, but the little tabs on the side of the brush head, that you must press to remove it from the handle, broke the first time that I did so. Very disappointing !

It clean really good and it’s better than all the other metal wire cleaning tools.

I use my grill a lot and cleaning is never fun. This is effective and doesn’t leave bristles on the grill. High quality at a value.

This barbecue cleaner actually works! It cuts through grease and grime effortlessly, leaving the grill sparkling clean in no time. And it really feels safe in comparison to the mesh wired ones I had been using. So far so good. Looking forward to seeing how long it will last before needing a replacement.

we've been pleased with this BBQ grill scrubber. just ensure grill at 400F or hotter. then get sponge wet. and scrub away. definitely recommended.

This barbecue cleaner does exactly what it is advertised to do. I heated up my barbecue, dipped the pad in water and ran the pad over the hot grill - it worked beautifully and cleaned the grills perfectly. I would recommend it to anyone.
