Great sound quality
Amazing sound quality for such a small radio. Easy to tune in & good reception where I live. The area I live in isn't the best for teception but this little radio nails it. It is very well made & feels sturdy. It might cost a bit more than an unbranded radio but I think it's worth it.

Excellent quality
The build quality is excellent, it has a very sturdy, solid feel. The sound quality is just beautiful. Reception is also very good. The only small quibble I have is that it is quite fiddly to tune into the stations, it's hard to do fine-tuning with the wheel control.

Not suitable for snooker commentary
Product seems great, but it was only upon using it and getting hands on the manual that I learned the frequency coverage does not include the broadcast ranges used by WST UK snooker events (around 60Mhz range). Coverage of this product is: FM 87.5 - 108MHz. AM 522 - 1710kHz (9kHz). AM 520 - 1710kHz (10kHz).

Bought for my husband to take fishing it’s ideal for in his pocket, he hasn’t seen it yet as it’s part of his Christmas present so hope the sound quality is ok

Simple to use
Elderly bedbound father loves it. It really is his lifeline to the outside world as he cant use the TV remote due to sight problems. Bought with a single earpiece its items such as this which mean so much to folks in his situation. Battery life is good with simple 2 wheel operation Highly recommended

Absolute rubbish.
Packed up and stopped working after only eight days. A complete waste of my money. I won't be buying another Roberts radio.

Economical on Battery Usage.
I have had this for a couple of months now. Very pleased with it. Because there is just one indicator light and no digital display it is very economical on battery time. The sound is fine for what I want to use it for. It is a handy size and easy to use. I would recommend this product.
