The product is designed for portable luggage weighing with a capacity up to 50kg and is intended for frequent travelers needing to check bag weight before flights. It doesn’t work. The batteries that came were fine, the scale turns on as expected, but it does not give accurate or consistent measurements at all. We weighed a 500ml water bottle - scale showed 1kg. We weighed a bag with laptop and garments inside, - scale showed 16kg. We weighed the bag without the laptop - scale showed 4kg, we weighed the laptop alone, scale also showed 4kg. 4+4=8 but somehow the laptop in the bag weighs 16? Infuriating. Absolutely useless waste of time and money.
