Works fine. No easier or harder to program than others. It's quite bulky. I use it as a timer for my percolator, requiring 3-prong outlet, and it's doing exactly what I need it to.

Q: How many ON/OFF per day ?

You can set it to turn on or off every 15 minutes of each hour for the full 24hr time period (there are 96 little switches), so it is very versatile and works quite well. I paid $6.99 here on Amazon and it was well worth it. It has been running flawlessly for the past 6 months.

Q: How loud is the "click" on the switch. Would it wake someone up who is sleeping?

It is very quiet, very similar with a click ticking. Is not completely silent

Q: will this work with 220v?

NO The timer is for 120Volt 60 Hz electrical outlets
