good cushion for bottom of feet
Super helpful if you have arthritis in your feet! Provides cushion at ball of foot and heel and makes any small heel a little more Tolerable. Hasn’t moved in my shoe with a couple of days wear. Not really any arch support but good cushion.

The Best!
I love these because they are the perfect size and easy to apply in a shoe. Great for your shoes you wear to weddings and events!

They don't stick.
The strip of adhesive doesn't stick. It's only a piece of double stick tape down the center. If you want to put them on sandals, they won't work. Because they are 3/4 length, I suspect they would slide forward in a closed shoe.

Good for open-toed, high heels
These work pretty well. My foot doesn't slide using these. I wish the cushion was thicker. Have bought two pairs now, one for each pair of ankle booties.
