I started taking this vitamin a month ago, and the difference in my energy levels is truly remarkable. I used to rely heavily on caffeine just to get through my workday, and by the evening, I'd have no stamina left for anything else. It took a few days to feel the full effect, but even on the first day, I noticed I wasn't experiencing my usual midday crash. The vitamins seem just fine, but it was not 30 count as it was supposed to be. I've had it for 18 days, and am positive I did not take more than one capsule/day. Regardless, these vitamins are quite expensive, so every single one should be in the bottle.
