Slick advertising
Poor customer service and product quality is no where close to what one would expect at this price. Must be made in China! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. BeHear Access is not worth the money.

Works good however!
The blue tooth is going to kill the sales of this product. The blue tooth is sad as other customers already mentioned. It’s constantly.cutting in and out and cuts out even when opening apps on the phone that it doesn’t need to. I will be returning mine if I can find something else

Not Really That Good
This product is not that good of a hearing device of any kind.The hearing assessment in the app, although detailed, is confusing. When taking the advanced test, it’ll ask you to move the slider down til it’s audible and then it has another slider set for “comfortable” which makes no sense because if the sound is audible at a low volume, 9/10 it’ll already be at a “comfortable” level.The bluetooth feature isn’t good at all either. The whole headset just powers off randomly for no apparent reason at all.. then the sound coming thru the headset is very distorted no matter what volume level u have it set to, and this is just on the “Indoor” setting on the app… I can only imagine how crazy it would sound on the outside setting with the various “outdoor” sounds that go on constantly. I didn’t even attempt to try the other 2 settings on the app… because, What for?!?Lastly, the transmitter sucks… Now of course I expected a slight lag (latency) to be present (as I work with studio audio interfaces all the time) but for it to be sooo distorted, once again, at any given volume level, is ridiculous… I couldn’t even watch tv with it, so I just packed it up and put it back in the box in came in.So in conclusion, BE AWARE, this is not a good investment at all… The idea itself that was being presented on their website and YouTube videos was great but the circuitry is all wrong!! I’m returning mine for a refund and looking for something else!

Doesn't Stay Paired With My Phone
I am returning this because it doesn't stayed with my Galaxy phone. I bought thier latest version with Bluetooth 5.0I am not the first Amazon reviewer to complain about their Bluetooth pairing issue.The trouble shooting guide of manual says to keep the phone to the right side of my body. Which is odd and I did with no successBehear Now can't or won't fix this pairing problem theyre aware of, but they choose to continue to sell this to customers. Therefore I am returning this product .Rather than throwing more Spaghetti against the wall, they should make better Spaghetti.

Junk
Piece of crap. Worked great for a few days. Now won't work at all. Can't return. After I choose return and enter why and describe the problem, I press continue and nothing happens. Forced to pick a star. Zero stars.

Distorted Sound
The sound coming in is distorted and I cannot understand what people are saying. Also the TV Transmitter keep comnecting and disconmecting. I have returned mine. Bose Hearphone was a good sound quality but they have discontinued it maybe because its not durable enough. This was suppose to be my replacement and half the price of the Bose Hearphone but the sound quality is just not good and gives me headache.
