When I have a cold coming on, if I start taking these regularly every few hours, the cold doesn't take hold. Instead of many days of misery, it is manageable, a few days of milder symptoms and then it's gone. I also take Vitamin C, drink hot fresh ginger-lemon-garlic-honey, breathe steam to drain sinuses, and help my body by cutting out excessive rich dairy like ice cream. But I've done all these things alone without yin chiao on past, and not nearly as effective. For me, yin chiao makes the difference between 2 weeks or so of 🤧 runny nose, 🤕 headache, sweating, 🤒 fever, swollen lymph nodes, 🤢 scratchy sore throat, cough, 😷 congestion, 😴 tiredness 😩 vs mild symptoms clearing within 3 days. Your body may respond totally differently, of course, but it works for me.

I will never not have these in my house! If I even think I'm starting to get sick, I start adding these to my arsenal of other natural remedies and I'm (maybe) feeling tired and a little drained for a day. I never fully get sick, as long as I continue to do it for about three days after I start feeling anything coming on. My arsenal includes golden paste, which is a combo of turmeric, ginger, etc., thieves, essential oil, and a garlic and onion honey combo. I do smell like an Italian restaurant while I'm taking this stuff but trust me, it's all worth it!

Great for colds

My mother’s Dr. told her about Yin Chiao, and how it had been preventing her from getting colds and flus. So we have tried to have it on hand ever since. If I take it at the first onset of a symptom, I have often stopped a cold in its tracks and been 100% better. This time I didn’t have any on hand and ordered it because it would arrive the next day, but the delivery got delayed. I couldn’t start taking it until late on day 3 of my cold. Here I am day 4 and I’m way better. So it shortens the duration as well. Colds usually turn into a secondary infection for me, and I typically drag them around for weeks. I do not like to run out of Yin Chiao. It’s best to keep it handy.

Good Herbal Supplement. But the bottle. is very hard to open. Could you please re-design the bottle?

Always try and keep this on hand. Have tried other yin chiao supplements and find this one is the best for me.

I couldn't find this product in our local stores any longer. I was wary that I would get the same quality product. I got the same good product. It was so nice to have it delivered to my mailbox.
