Dragon 3D Pinata - Yellow & Green Cardboard & Paper Design - Perfect for Kids' Parties & Birthdays (1 Pc.)

Super well made. The pinata is the perfect size for a birthday party with 10 or less kids. It holds plenty of candy but is strong enough to allow multiple hard hits from each kid several times which made it fun for everyone. The part that it hands from was the first to give out but we just tied the rope around the dragon’s neck like a leash and the fun kept going to several more rounds. We used a foam bat with a solid plastic core and has children ages 3-8. Each kid got three hits per turn and they each got several turns. It looked really nice and held up fantastic!

It is however, very very small.

We found this and ordered quickly so perhaps I missed really processing the dimensions in the description. As a result I was a little surprised at how small it was, though it was certainly adequate. The packaging arrived with pretty severe damage including water damage, but fortunately the pinata inside was fine. We suspected that most of it occurred during shipping, but we didn't think it started off in that great a shape to begin with. Nevertheless it arrived intact and usable.As seems to be the modern take on the pinata, this is essentially shaped cardboard inside that has decoration glued onto the outside. None of that old-fashioned paper mache stuff anymore. This either makes the pinata last a little longer for more powerful hitters (older kids/adults), the string breaks before it does so it flies through the air like a treat-filled missile, or it makes it take FOREVER to break into! You may want to have a backup plan for getting it broken open if you have younger kids taking the swings as they may not have the power to bust this open. The up side - all the kids should get at least 1 swing at it before it does break!

I really liked this pinata it was quite intricate and well-made. They kids thought it was awesome.One note - keep in mind that you can whack the head right off this thing. My four year old got a good shot on its head and decapitated it, it was really funny and a great moment.So if you're using this at your party keep it up "high" to protect the head for a while, then lower it down for the big finale.

This Dragon piñata looks great and will be a crowd favorite- if I have one complaint is that it might be over engineered or too well made - it’s gonna take a couple of well placed hits to open it up

Great design. Dragon is very nice, but a bit small for what we wanted. We are having a birthday party with 15 kids, and this will not hold enough candy. My daughter is going to use it as a decoration in her room, instead.

Super cute drago pinata! Well worth the price! It was a little bigger than I anticipated which is always a plus. It did not fall apart after a couple hits so it kept the kids entertained for some time. There is a hoop to connect a rope or string for easy hanging. I highly recommend!

Pretty sturdy pinata, very little room inside- only the belly fills up , no wings, its more like a giant lizard! We had to make wings for it.It was pretty small for the price, will opt for a bigger pinata for a better price next time.
