10/10 I’ve been using Nature’s Truth Caffeine Pills with Green Tea Extract for about two years now, and let me tell you—if these things ever go out of stock, I might start panicking like I lost my keys and forgot to feed the cat. First off, they WORK. I pop one in the morning, and within 20–30 minutes, I’m fully upgraded from zombie mode to “productive adult pretending to have it all together.” The best part? The packaging came safety sealed. No real nutritional value. I have used this brand before, so it is pretty good quality. The price is fair. Easy to use. Just a little tablet to swallow. No real texture or side effect issues for me. Use your own judgement though. I use these for a little energy boost since I can't drink coffee of soda.

I took it every morning and afternoon to substitute for my morning and afternoon coffee. It feels effective, no jitteriness, no anxiousness NOR the instant awareness I feel from coffee, I just don't feel sleepy. I also don't feel the burning sensation I sometimes feel from other 200mg brand. It was small, easy to swallow, no weird taste or aftertaste and very reasonably priced with the tea extract.

Not impressed. Seems harsh to me. One didn't really do it for me and two gave me that icky feeling. The after effect was a nose dive. Very tired. I'm not used to caffeine in pills so it may be just me. But I really don't want to use this product. Maybe I should avoid natural and go straight to chemical. 😏😜

I have lost over 40lbs in 6 months! I usually never write reviews but I had to for this. I was obese and tried this as a last ditch effort before getting on Ozempic and so glad I did. I take one of these and I have plenty of energy and I'm not even hungry at all for about 6 hrs. These are the real deal.
