These work well and they were fun to take apart and make whatever size I needed whether it be 2, 3, or 4 wires all bunched together.

These are great things to have around if you are into building household projects using an Arduino like or Raspberry Pi like mini-processor. You can use them to prototype and/or for the final project. These are just wires with a male pin at one end and a female pin at the other. These are perfect for connecting a female header slot to a male pin on various sensor and actuator cards. I've also used them as "extension cords" when I just need more wire for my layout. The connectors have been pretty good. I bought one of these, a male to male and a female to female set of these connectors just to have around, and I've used a surprising number of them.

I needed an easy way to extend some wires for my retropie project converting some arcade 1up cabinets into multi game machines. Once I found these I was able to plug them on to the bus on the pi and then plug them into switches on the game console to control power and volume and extend the speaker wires. Nice thing was they made a good solid connection and I did not have to solder anything.

They work as intended. I love the card casing around the pin which helps make it more durable.
