I bought this as I am constantly feeling pain in both wrists, I used the strips couple days, I’m not sure if it helps as I’m still feeling the pain in both wrists. It does stick to your skin of applied properly, removing isn’t extremely painful but it will pull the hair on your skin. Since I applied it to my wrists it got wet easily, didn’t take too long to dry.

Did not work as It should. Won’t stick to my back and kept falling off. Had to throw the rest away in frustration

Works but does tend to lift after wearing a little while, need to replace more often

Really good priduct

A good product at decent price. I am using to try and prevent muscle injury so cannot really rate pain relief. So far so good. Pre-cut is a good idea, saves a lot of hassle. Delivery has always been within 1-2 days. I have ordered a few of these and will no doubt be ordering again.
