I really love this product. This is my second time ordering it. I was very skeptical it would work. I have suffered from leg & foot cramps for over 35 years. When I could no longer get prescriptions for quinine from my doctor, I panicked. I feel like I've tried every otc product on the market, nothing worked. I've added extra magnesium to my diet & increased it to no avail. It did help me sleep better, but I would wake up so groggy it was difficult to walk because my foot would cramp so bad. I broke down and tried this, and it worked. I rub it on the areas were my legs cramp, and I can sleep all night, it last that long. Should I forget to put it on, I'm up in the middle of the night rubbing it on. Within 10-15 minutes my muscles starts to relax & relieves the pain so I can walk back back to bed. The lavender aroma is pleasant. This little jar last a long time, to me makes it a great value to me, cheaper than any prescription I ever had. It feels thin to put it on, but a little goes a long way. I will always have this at my bedside, I will use it every night.

Love this cream. Have had restless legs for years. Tried many items Tonic water, other creams. This cream works fast. Spread on my knees down at night when having trouble. Go to sleep immediately and relaxed. Only wish it could be on a pump bottle.

This stuff is my Go-To after a long day. As a nurse we work a lot of hours on our feet. My legs will spasm after a 12 hr shift so I make sure I never run out of this. Truly helps relax the legs and relieves pain. The cream is the perfect balance of smooth creamy texture not too thick. Distributes evenly with ease. Love it!

This is a great item. It really works, although it sometimes requires reapplication. I have this item on subscription. They were supposed to arrive every month on the 4th of the month. This month’s order has not yet arrived and it is now January 6! What is going on with Amazon. They used to be so reliable.

Follow up: When I got my first jar I opened it and it was less than half full. I figured it just came that way. I like the product and ordered it again. This jar was completely full. I give the product 5 stars for effectiveness but the company only gets 2 stars for quality control. I got cheated out of half a bottle. I was skeptical at first but this cream really works. I have fairly bad restless legs and decided to try it. My legs calm down within minutes of applying and allows me to get a good night sleep. I forgot to put it on one night before going to bed and my legs started twitching. Applied some cream and it stopped. I guess I’m sold on the product. I will be ordering it again.

This arrived in a timely manner. I have neuropathy and also have problems with night cramps and cramps during dialysis. This helps to relieve the cramps so that I can sleep. It works quickly.

Okay, I am on the fence with this product. As someone with extreme RLS and most recently is suffering insomnia, I am desperate for a solution to my restless legs. I tried this last night for the first time. I made sure to cover my hips to the bottom of my feet and I have to say for a good two hours I wasn't kicking around. I then applied it again in the middle of the night and it did not make a difference. So, I am on the fence. I know my situation is extreme. I have tried valarian root and other tinctures and nothing worked. I take a magnesium powder supplement every night and that doesn't do anything for me anymore either. This is unique as it is topical. You only need a small amount to go a long way. I like that it goes on feeling cool, gel like (aloe vera is in there). I looked up Benzocaine - which is a over the counter local anesthetic which is what is providing the temporary 2 hours of sedation/numbing to my movement. I am going to keep trying it in the meantime while I search a long term solution (like extreme walking to wear out my legs). I think this may work best for me if I apply it and then wear compression tights on my legs to help my circulation. I would recommend this if someone has a less extreme situation than mine as I did notice it work (2hrs) and for anyone who may travel alot as it would bring some comfort to them.

I was hopeful that this would work to help with my restless leg at nights but I didn't notice a change unfortunately. Lotion is somewhat slimy as well.
