I didn't know what to expect for the price. I was really surprised at the quality of the all the items. I have a Titan 3 rack and decided to add this accessory for some variety. Titan has a version at almost double the price but out stock. Not saying to get this over Titan but if you can't wait like me, this is a great substitute. Still to early to say about durability but only continued use will tell. Even if I had gotten the Titan pulley system, I would still get this for the accessories that come with it. The Titan version only comes with the pulley system. yes I would recommend

Great, sturdy components, I fixed the extra pulley to the bottom of my squat rack at an slight angle and can do lots of exercises: Leg extension, leg curl, kickbacks, biceps curls. And you can do all what you expect from the main pulley: triceps extensions, pull down, weighted crunches, wood choppers.I have loaded it with 90 pounds without any problem.I could use one more carabiner, but I used one I already have.

Longevity has yet to be seen but so far it holds the weight and the pulleys are fairly smooth

It was a great addition to my home gym. Love the product! I built a cage for it. If anybody wants the dimensions let me know!

I am very pleased with this purchase. This works well attached to my power rack. I especially like the different cable lengths and extra pully. This allows for more exercises. Very happy customer.

This is a decent set of pulleys and cable that you can use to get a pretty good work out comparable to a professional gym’s pulley and weight system. Of course you’ll need the space for the set up and be able to drill and screw the hardware in to connect the pulleys to. You may already have a bar system you can hang these from but I did not and was able to install the system in my un-finished basement and it’s working out great (pardon the pun). The system comes with all the straps and handles that you’ll need. You’ll need to supply the weights of course but it really does come with everything you’ll need for a decent workout. Good kit.

This is a good quality weight pulley system that is pretty straightforward and complete. There's a few different setups you can have and there's several handle attachments. As long as you can find a sturdy place to mount it, you should be good to go. Very fair price.
