Useful product and helpful customer support team
I purchased this product a year ago and it stopped functioning for some reason, I reached out to the support team of the product through email, and trust me their team is so helpful, they always replied on time and helped me to purchase a new product with the discount. They were constantly kept in touch.So supportive and helpful.

Everything is working fine, but little problem with HDMI
Every single port is working fine and it is little bit convenient. I am using it for more than a year and nothing has happened till now and this one is amazing so far.I was trying to use HDMI port with Mac and M50 Mark 2, but I think that is one thing which required capture card as well, so that's why it might be not working with that particular thing.

USB ports stopped working after using this hub for only 2months but verilux helped and replaced it
Initially this product worked very well and I was quite satisfied with the performance. Just last week I noticed all the USB ports of the hub stopped working. I have been trying to reach the WhatsApp no.s provided on the back of the box in which the hub came, but no response so far.I already tried to uninstall and reinstall the usb hub's driver but that also didn't help.UPDATE 1After 2-3 days I got the response from Verilux WhatsApp support. They took another 4-5 days to check with their team for a resolution plan. The support reached out to me and then asked me to send the defect product to their office. Due to unavoidable delay on my part, I sent them the package after 5 days.Will keep you posted...UPDATE 2After another 5 days got the package back. And the new usb hub is working fine so far.Appreciate all the help...

Product is dead.
I ordered this on 15th June 2024 and now the product is dead. This happened a week before this review is posted and at this point I don't even have the option to return it. If this is the quality of this product it is absolute garbage.

does the work of a docking system for the price of an adoptor
Its been almost an year that I am using this product. The main reason I chose this adaptor is for its price and practicality along with the variety of ports.This has enhanced my laptop from 2 USB and 1 HDMI port to 5 usb and 2 hdmi port along with two types of memory card slots.

Didn't work well for me.
The build quality is decent. The cable could have been longer. After around 2-3 week of usage, I have been facing two major issues. My USB mouse keep getting disconnected very frequently. It gets fixed automatically, but that happens so frequently that anyone would get annoyed. The second issue is related to huge lag when I use a wireless Keyboard. I think it's due to small range. When I keep the keyboard very close to the device, it works fine. Due to the small cable length, that becomes a challenge.

Good Product with great after sales support
I recently purchased the Verilux® USB C Hub, a 6 in 1 Aluminum Multiport Adapter, and have found it to be a useful addition to my tech gear. The design is sleek and the aluminum build gives it a sturdy feel. The variety of ports, including 4K@30Hz HDMI, USB 3.0/2.0, and SD/Micro SD card readers, makes it incredibly versatile for different devices, especially for MacBook Pro and Air users.The hub's performance in data transfer and video output is commendable. The 4K HDMI connection is stable and delivers clear, high-quality video, which is great for presentations or streaming. The data transfer speed through the USB and SD card ports is also impressive, allowing for efficient file handling.However, I did encounter a problem with this after 3-4 months. But the Support department were prompt in their reply regarding the issue faced and promised to replace the item.Kudos to the complete team! Good experience overall

So I got the product on 11th August 2022. This is the initial impression of the product.
I got the product on 11th August 2022. This is the initial impression.1) Packaging - The package I received was in good condition. it had a pre wrapped plastic on the box. No complaint about packaging but one thing to note is that 'No Brand name on the packaging.' Although when you open the product , the brand name is there on the product.2) Build - Wire length is small to my opinion. It has a metal build finish and looks premium and sturdy. Wire quality is also good but at this price should have provided braided cable.3) I have tested this product with 3 usb ports connected - a) Mouse b) Keyboard c)External 2TB SSD. SSD does not get disconnected when all 3 usb are connected. For confirmation i did a 2 gb file transfer and No disconnections were noticed.Note : The Speed of the data transfer is low. I did 2 gb file transfer and was getting the max speed of 39MB/s with the SSD connected through the usb hub.Although when I did the same file transfer by directly connecting the SSD to the laptop port, i got speed of 111 MB/s. So if you want to do lot of file transfer better connect it directly and not through the usb hub.So far initial impression are good, let see how long it last.
