I had been wanting this item for a long time. The glass feels durable. The item is big, you can fit a lot of pastries or a big cake. Looks beautiful on the counter. Very happy with purchase.

I spent a lot of time searching for the perfect cake stand. I needed one that wasn't on a pedestal so it could fit on a shelf in the fridge and also travel well in a car without tipping over. Then I also wanted one that had a flat surface for the cake to sit on, without a lip of any kind, so the cake could slide on/off easily in the case of a delicate cake. Then I wanted one with a glass dome, not acrylic. And finally, I needed one that had high-quality wood that wasn't treated with any chemicals or oils that would impact the cake. This one checks all the boxes. The only other one I found was a super high-end one that was about $500. So this one is literally the ONLY cake stand on the market that fit the bill.It arrived safe and sound. Glass is clear and without any major distortions. No air bubbles either. And it seems fairly sturdy. Not super thin but it's also not thick crystal or anything. The base is flat and clean and it even comes with a little card that confirms the wood is untreated. It's perfect.

I’ve bought THREE of these in the past week, and all THREE have arrived shattered to pieces. Not sure what to do to get an unbroken one delivered???
