Q: Will this work with a speaker that has a keyhole mount hole instead of a threaded hole?

Yes it will, the supplied hardware kit has keyhole adapters included

Q: Does this work with Sonos playbar ?

It does, but I end up using the wall mount accessory from sonos combined with this mount. It was then easy to install.

Q: do these mount to the back of the tv, in between the mount and tv, or on to the mount?

I mounted them to the back of my tv

Q: Will this work with a vizio e420i-b0 and a vizio 2.0 38” sound bar?
