I'd say it is quite noticeable. I'd not use that button.

Can you use this with wireless Bluetooth headphones?

maybe you can if you have a bluetooth receiver that you can plug it into.

Does this work as a speaker or the sound come from computer speakers?

I have my PC speakers plugged into the microphone so I can just plug in the USB microphone to get audio in&out for whichever computer. It's a fantastic microphone.

Does this work for xbox

No... at least not with the new Series X. I tested this out today. It plugs in, and receives power from the USB but it doesn't recognize that a mic is plugged in. This may be different with the older models, like Xbox One X, One S, or Xbox One but I don't have one handy to test. Even so, many gaming head sets are becoming wired through USB so support for it may come at some point in the future.
