Great value, much better value than high street brands. Been taking Zinc for over a year, great for the immune system I haven't had a cold in the past 18 months (which is rare for me - I always seem to have the sniffles). Will keep taking regularly. Nice easy to open lid and with 450 tablets enough for a year and half.

I've got no complaints about this whatsoever. The tablets are a nice small size so really easy to swallow. Customer service is great as always. Can't say I've noticed a difference with my skin so far but I'm going to continue taking them and see as I've had no adverse reaction and am happy overall.

We like to take zinc to prevent infections and boost immunity. Skin is healthy too. Haven't had any joint aches either since taking zinc.A very important mineral for a healthy life.
