The media could not be loaded. I ordered this briyani multiple times & made it more delicious by making small small changes. This time i mixed 60/40 ratio of oil and ghee and added few raw spices.Old review-I cooked this briyani in ghee, followed the exact instructions as mentioned but added water as per my knowledge while adding rice. Briyani truns to be authentic Donne style & tasty, reminds me of the day when I used to have it in Bangalore. Also the rice quantity is sufficient for two.I will recommend for North side people who don't get access to such tasty South Indian briyanis. Rest can easily get it from the nearby restaurants.
