I have severe arthritis in both knees (auto accident 5 years ago). These are great, but my only complaint would be the straps are too large. They hurt if worn for long periods like to sleep. But I love them for short periods of time!! Worth the money for sure

Straps are very uncomfortable on the back of the knees.

Ordered the largest size but was to small. I am not large. Have used them but not comfortable.
