This is awesome stuff. It have lower my blood pressure significantly. I was at 160/112. Now my blood pressure is now 138/90. Still up there but in due time it will get lower.

The better Vitamin E.

Today, i picked up my two bottles of vitamin E from my mailbox. Unfortunately, i cannot use them due to damage from heat exposure (Phoenix location), possibly from being in the metal mailbox. The soft gels melted :( . Due to its policy, "This item isn't eligible for return", i am not able to get a replacement which i am not happy about. This is my reason for the one star.If you live in Phoenix, don't order this product during the summer time, due to the hot weather, unless you keep up with the tracking information and event then, the temperatures may melt a few which happened in previous order. This time, I though I was doing a good job in tracking the time of delivery, but did not work out due to misinformation of the expected tracking time window I received.Will i order again? Maybe yes since I have ordered it in the past without any issues. Although, for now, I am not happy with the outcome of this order...

I was looking for something to help me with stomach pain caused by aspirin use; aspirin is really the only thing that helps me with occasional migraines. I rummaged around PubMed looking for what I found out are called 'gastroprotective' agents and came across this report on stressed rats (poor rats!):Comparison between tocotrienol and omeprazole on gastric growth factors in stress-exposed rats. PMC5583573I found if I take one of these about an hour before an aspirin - no stomach pain.The study compared tocotrienols with omeprazole. I used to have GERD and found omeprazole for some reason only gave temporary relief (a few hours) and over the longer term omeprazole seemed to make my GERD progressively worse so I avoid that stuff.

These are really good and do their job. Boyfriend has pancreatic cancer and these help with the liver enzymes.

Love this Annatto tocotrienol. I take this one in the evening and Grace Unique E in the morning. I have been using both for years and will continue to do so.
