The cheddar was not as good as protein puffs, but not bad either. The pizza and jalapeno cheddar were really good. The bags are very small and at this point, a bit overpriced, but I would definitely buy more if it comes down a bit. They sent me free samples of several other flavors which was a good marketing strategy because they had some really good flavors. Unfortunately, I can't find most of them to buy. Their cereal/sweet ones are the best I've ever had on keto. The chocolate, fruit, honey butter and spicy flavors are really good. Definitely will be on the lookout for those. I have tried many keto cereals and theirs is the best. They are a little too high in carbs for some people, but I would rather have a small serving of something that tastes really good than a larger serving of something that does not.

We were pleasantly surprised by the savory variety bundle of BTG protein puffs (jalapeño cheddar, baked cheddar, and Chicago-style pizza). Was even more surprised by the unexpected addition of SIX more mini-sample bags (cinnamon roll, strawberries & cream, salted caramel, keto chocolate, fruity charms, and ranch). Great flavor and crunch! Pizza and ranch varieties were a bit too salty for me. Some of the sweet varieties were too sweet for us (keto chocolate, fruity charms, and salted caramel). However, we practically fought over the cinnamon roll, strawberry, jalapeño cheddar, and baked cheddar varieties. YUM! These are pricey—so enjoy in moderation knowing your getting a snack that will kick your cravings and pack a solid protein punch to boot!

The snacks are ok, not that great tbh. Don’t think I’d purchase more. Also, they try to get u to leave a good review by convincing u they’ll give u a $10 gift card which I never received. Save your money for other better tasting protein snacks.

These are pricey but I like to snack, so I thought I’d give them a try. I was so surprised when this seller included TONS of free samples of their other products! The salted caramel protein puffs are delicious and I will be ordering a bag in the future.

If you are trying to add more protein to your diet, these are a great option. They aren’t the same as a Cheetos puff but they have a nice crunchy texture and good cheese flavor.

These are really good and fit my keto lifestyle but I'd sure like them to be available at a lower price per serving - even if it had to be 12-packs instead of 3-packs.

The bags are tiny and filled halfway. Also mine came crushed so that was a disappointment. For the price it’s not worth it at all. This is a complete rip off. Save your money and buy something better

These are tasty crunchy snacks that I've found since dieting. There are a ton of flavors to pick from and all are good. These keep me on track when I need a low carb high protien treat.
