Super Elephant
I went a slightly different route when coloring this fella, and chose not to use the included paints, as I have a fairly shaky hand and knew I wouldn’t be successful at using that teenie tiny brush. So in turn, I used acrylic paint pens on the entire canvas, and an simply Matched the pens to the corresponding color indicated by the number on the included paint. Most def took a superLong Hot minute to paint a 16x20 canvas with paint markers versus actual paint, but it was an OUTSTANDING time consumer and a JOY to color! Turned out great IMO. Just need to staple this fella to a premade canvas now and I’m good to go!Also note, this entire kit as a whole was spot on, super inexpensive for what all u get, and just an overall great buy! Enjoy!

Great concept but poor paint quality
I love the concept and decided to give it a try. The canvas was clear with numbers and the paint sets were clearly marked with corresponding numbers. However the paint was very poor quality. It was dry, some had separated and wouldn’t mix properly. I tried wetting the brush to help with the consistency, but the paint became transparent and many needed multiple layers on the canvas to cover up the numbers. Will not buy again.

Great high quality canvas for the elephant but ..
The paint sucked. I was able to use a few but the rest were hard as rock .. nothing would soften it to make it useable. Luckily I have a decent supply of acrylic paints and used them. So unless you want to invest some money for the missing paints (recommend Michael’s) it is not worth it. Beautiful elephant though.

Great, just wish there was more paint; found free solution though!
The only reason I gave it a 4 is because there is not enough number 18 paint, not even close. What I ended up doing was mixing number 17 with number 18 after I was done with 17. I did it right from the beginning Bc I read the reviews that there wouldn’t be enough. After I mixed both number together, there was enough. This was my first try and it was great.

fun, looks great. pretty difficult - takes many hours
We got 4 different prints to do as a family project. The elephant was probably the easiest of the lot, but it is in no way "beginner". It took my 17 year old over 10 hours to complete. Other animals took significantly longer. I would think that younger children (or adults with eyesight issues) would be very frustrated.
