Consistency is key
Use it on your goal area. Upper arms, backs of legs etc. Don’t waste it by using it all over your body. The system has also made a significant improvement in my cellulite. Don’t expect results right away. If you make the system and use it habitually you will see results. Mine took about 6 weeks.

It works but smells terrible
I’m not going to lie, I want to give this five stars for how well it really works but I have to be honest, the stink is a lot. I use it right before bed so I don’t have to smell myself for long. If putting up with the smell is the cost of how well it works, I’m still going to buy it.
