This is my fourth product from rico and and I am thoroughly satisfied with their coustmer support and product quality. The iron has Great build quality and doesn't drip water unlike other irons that I have used. Special mention of the power cord which is nylon braided so won't deform unlike other cords. Iron gets hot super quick. Almost in a couple of seconds. It's magic temperature feature. Overall effective but pricey feature to have when compared with a regular iron . I still recommend this who have a thing for quality over value.

As per the specifications mentioned, it is really good product and expensive but considering price of similar products it is value for money.

Rico iron is a very efficient choice for my ironing needs.Its good heavy iron with powerful steam action. Sets temperature automatically for the type of clothes being used on, what I love it's anti burnt and scratch resistance .Overall its an amazing experience true value for money.

I received the iron and have already started using it. The best part is i can now iron a cotton t shirt and then the silk pants one after another so seamlessly. The best iron i have used till date. It is easy to use . I will be recommending this iron to family and friends. As it can be used by anyone without the scare of burning the cloth.

Not heating properly and poor customer service. Absolute waste of money.

Absolutely worth the price. No water leaks, full steam and burst mode works. Its really magic iron. Buy without hesitation. Negative reviewer might not have followed the instructions to use it.

The after sales of Rico is unbelivably good. My iron developed some issues and one call and my iron was replaced. I am very impressed with their process- totally customer centric.
