first time trying this product on this brand but my breakout is gone. i don't usually use toners since it irritates my skin, but this doesn't have irritation at all. i have a substitute for my micellar water now

It’s only water, absolutely ineffective. I wonder how it got so many stars. There’s something clearly not true! Not happy with Amazon’s rating anymore. It’s quite misleading and not true.
