Btw, if this video was helpful, vote that it was helpful. she'll be glad to hear.)Here's what I think.PROS:1) My Kids LOVE this super fast friction moving. these cars that you put in batteries and it runs by itself, is just boring. this one gives the kids a lot of action. It ended up as a game with my 2 kids pushing it one to each other across the dining room.2) sounds are really cool.3) figures are cute.CONS:1) The ladder is not that strong, it's quite light-weight. it can be extended and can stand, but won't stand with the figure.2) My kids are playing with this for weeks, and it works well. but this is not a brand name company and I don't expect that to last for years.With that being said, this truck and 5 Fireman Sam Figures has its Pros and Cons. I would say this set is well worth it for $20 - $25.hope this helps future shoppers!

My 2 year old loves this truck. I wish the people fit better on the ladder but that's a small gripe. Overall this is a great toy that gets played with all day. The sound only lasts a short time after pushing the button and it does not go off randomly like other toys with sound. I don't mind the noise and my son LOVES the noise, so win-win. The truck is smaller than I thought it would be, but it a good size for a little one.

Over all a decent toy. The truck still makes all the sounds and can be played with. the ladder no longer will stay up when extended. That is likely my kids fault and not the manufacturer though.

I bought this for my young Grandson and he just loves it. It was his most played with toy on his Birthday! He really likes the little firemen that come with this fire engine. He goes all through the house putting out fires--just too cute. I would recommend this toy to anyone who might want to buy it. This product works exactly as they say and provides many hours of fun as well as giving little boys a toy that could make them a hero when they grows up.

Part of the reason we purchased this truck was for the Fireman Sam figures, a well loved character in our house. No figures were included. We looked in all the recommended places, under the truck etc, and completely dismantled the box- none to be found. Within 15 minutes of very normal play, nothing rough at all, the ladder lift was broken so that it will not stay up... just slides back down each time it is raised. A very disappointing purchase, poorly made and incomplete. This has left us with a pretty bummed out little boy.UPDATE: I initially rated this toy 1 star due to our experience described above. The seller, however, was very kind and thoughtful and did a lot to right the situation without our asking. She reached out to us on her own and opted to send us a brand new truck even though Amazon had refunded our order without requiring that we ship the toy back. It seems our first shipment was a lemon. In addition to the broken ladder and missing figurines, the friction wheels feature barely worked and the buttons were very quiet. The second pass at this toy included the figurines, the traction wheels work well, the sounds are loud and clear and the ladder has held up past a few days of play. This is not a super sturdy and durable toy that will take a beating, but it is a fun little firetruck toy and great for Fireman Sam fans. We appreciate how the seller went out of her way to make sure we were happy. Know that if you have an issue with the toy, the seller is caring and responsive. I recommend contacting her directly if the need should arise.

My son wanted a firetruck, we looked at different kinds together on amazon and he picked this one because firemen and a ladder are included. I guided him based on affordability. He wanted the alarm on top to light up and they didn't so I'm not sure if we need batteries for that. That was a bit disappointing. He's so far satisfied with his choice of firetruck.

This fire truck is made of plastic and is not sturdy for playing. The figures are a choking hazard. Not worth the money.
