Smells so good. I was worried because I don’t usually buy soaps without smelling them. Fresh clean scent the lotion is amazing too! All clean ingredients! Everything I have tried from Ouai has smelled clean and fresh.

I love this company and product but I ordered a set and the lotion nozzle was defective - Spins but doesn’t open. I ordered a replacement and the lotion nozzle is defective AGAIN and the soap nozzle is cracked and broken. Very disappointed. This is not the sellers fault as the product comes wrapped from the manufacturer. But beware.

Smells great!!

This hand soap & hand lotion set is great for a moment of peace during a busy day! The soap has exfoliating beads and leaves your hands very soft after a nice lather. The matching scent hand lotion is moisturizing and is not overpowering if you are wearing a different scent. Great value for money- as they are a fantastic size.

I enjoy the product and scent. The hand wash pump doesn’t work and was hoping I could be sent a new one. And it was delivered leaking all over the packaging

I read the reviews saying the pump was fidgety but I foolishly bought it anyway and thought I could get it to work. When I tell you it doesn’t work I mean it literally does not pump whatsoever. It’s completely useless. Very disappointing considering this soap and lotion set is not cheap. I re-ordered hoping it works this time because I usually love OUAI products and really want this for my bathroom. I’ll update this review with the results of the new order.
