Not the best DAC I had.
There are two things that are not OK with this design:1. The volume level on the front display is too small. One cannot see it from more than a few feet away.The sampling rate is displayed larger, but that is not what is needed in normal operation.2. The sound is on the dull side. I don't doubt the quality of the DACs used, but it is obvious that the analog output stages are with discreet components. Nowadays, the quality of analog low level audio op amps surpasses almost all discreet designs.
