Great Fly Traps
I don't typically leave reviews, but these fly traps work great! I was hesitant after reading through some of the lower star ratings, but decided to give it a try because we need some relief from these stupid flies and I had to start somewhere. They were easy to "assemble" and I used baler twine to tie them to trees on the outskirts of the 2 acres that we mow. I initially only put up 3 because I didn't want to waste my time if they weren't going to work. The picture shows what we got after only 1 week!!! So more went up! I'm saving the other half of the 12 pack I bought for in a couple weeks when I have to change these ones out. The smell is not great and not horrible. Obviously it stinks. But it's only faintly noticable if the wind blows just right. Honestly, if you used them in a farm setting I'm not sure you'd even notice the smell. The only downside that I have found to this point is that they need to be hung in an area with cover. I initially hung one in a half dead pine tree. We had a lot of rain one night and it filled the bag with water and it was too heavy for the twine. Thankfully it seems most of the bugs were already dead when it fell down and spilled out. The rest of the traps I've hung in areas with more leaves/cover and that hasn't been a problem since. Overall, I would highly recommend these traps if you have a fly problem!

Saved my skin from being eaten alive by flies
I was skeptical on whether or not these would work, but was absolutely flabbergasted at the results of the filled bags of what feels like thousands of caught flies. They work. They’re durable as hell, easy to set up, and catches so many of the pesky insects. Be warned of the smell. Don’t put it around areas that you are commonly traversing or eating in such as around your pool or deck or grill area; maybe put it farther away by at least 30 to 50 feet. it works and it does catch the insects and attracts them from very far away so you don’t have to put them specifically in the middle of your problem areas. You can put it further away on your property lines and it will still work the way you expect it to. While the product tells you when to replace it, (which is like a month or something) for me, it lasts longer than the recommendation, and therefore is definitely worth the price tag.

Great product!
We have purchased these on Amazon multiple times (in bulk) and will continue to do so. They work! They are easy to install and remove. They only smell after the flies are trapped. Simply cut them down and burn them, or put them in a ziplock bag and chunk them in the trash.

Super stinky but effective.
I enjoy my patio in the summer but not the flies that want to land on me and any food and drinks. The Rescue! fly traps work well to reduce the fly populations to a manageable level in my backyard. The traps are easy to use - fill them with water and hang (I use a zip tie because the traps do not come with a hanger). When the traps dry out, I can add more water and they will continue attracting and trapping flies. As far warning, however, they work so well because they stink so much. I highly recommend hanging them away from your and your neighbors' outdoor living spaces. The stench increases as more flies are trapped, and I sometimes wonder if an animal died in the bushes when I forget about the traps. I have to be super careful when disposing of the traps to avoid spilling the stinky contents on myself. Edited on 6/6/2023: These fly traps continue to work very well. This year, we put traps out in the early spring before "fly season" started, and our yard seems to have a reduced number of flies overall this year. I do have to warn though, that the flies will breed inside the bags, resulting in a cesspool of stinky water filled with fly corpses and live maggots. None of these nasties can escape, but it's pretty gross to look at and I have to be careful to take them down and dispose of them in the dumpster immediately so the dogs do not find them. I also now check to ensure that no spiders have made their way inside the bag before disposal. This past week, I ended up with two large jumping spiders who had crawled inside the bag and were feasting. When I disposed of the traps, I did not want to drown the spiders, so we ended up cutting the bag open to free the jumpers back into our yard.

Works Great, Easy Clean-Up
These fly traps work like a charm. Flies are drawn to it, so they cluster around the trap and not around whatever you may be trying to eat outside. Yes, you'll get buzzed once in a while, but not like without the trap. Be sure to follow the instructions to set it up. The first one, my mom just sliced open, so it was useless. When it's set up according to the instructions, it works great. Cleanup is easy; just take it down and throw it into the trash. Only downside is, if you leave it up for a few days, especially in hot summer, it will start to stink. The flies are dying, and while they're in the trap, before they die, they will lay eggs, so it'll get maggots all over, too. But, you don't have to touch any of that when you're ready to get rid of the trap. Buying in bulk makes it an even better deal.

You will NOT be disappointed!!
We have purchased these several times and they work beautifully and wonderfully! We have four in various places around the yard and they limit the amount of flies in the house. Easy to dispose of when full. When we first got them, they filled up within a few days. These are worth their weight in gold and the flies can not find their way out surprisingly. These have been thru a few storms and the plastic is durable even when they fell off. You will not be disappointed!
