Dear Madam, Thank you for writing to us. Kindly soak rice for 30 mins, 2-3 wash of rice is more than enough, since rice is sourced from organic remote areas of Assam from farmer groups. Submerge rice in water after soaking, use same water used for soaking rice. Add little extra water in pressure cooker. You can add bay leaf , spices for taste. 2-3 whistles is good enough for cooking the rice in pressure cooker. You can also use clay pot to cook the rice, it will take a little extra time, but the rice taste is delicious & its a healthier option. Serve hot. I hope we were able to answer your query.
