After taking one pill of Melatonin, I could not sleep because of headach. Thought 5mg is strong to me. If half of it taken, could I sleep better, I wonder.

Helps me sleep better

Twice the thickness of a 5mg tab from the previous mfg I bought from. Tab has sharp edges. I usually don't have issues swallowing pills but these sharp edges make it difficult. Good effect otherwise

I've heard from family members about using melatonin to help with falling to sleep. This product works wonders!!! Since I've been in menopause, it has been hard to not only fall asleep but also to stay asleep. This product relaxes my mind and my body so that I've been able to fall asleep naturally. And I don't have that groggy feeling in the morning which I was worried about. Recommend melatonin for everyone who needs help to fall asleep and not feel like you are just taking another drug.

I always forget to take a drink to bed with me, so I like having melatonin that dissolves so I don't have to get back up to get a drink. Being gluten free is excellent, as well, since I have celiac disease and need to be very careful about gluten. The 5mg dose is perfect, so an hour before winding down completely I'll take one and it really helps get me in "night mode" so I can sleep well. The flavor of these is better than any I've tried so far from other brands- my wife agrees, as well.
