I have had baby fine hair and soft nails all of my life. Though I've taken all of the B vitamins and other collagen products for decades, nothing helped. This product works like nothing I've ever tried before. My hair is growing and my nails are strong. It's absolutely amazing!

What we like about this supplement is that it gives us our collagen combined with Vitamin C and Biotin, which we also take. The capsules are fairly large, though, if that matters to customers.

I took it per instructions, an hopes it would help with my hair, skin, and nails. Was excited not to have to take so many as with other formulas, however, I don’t think it measures up to the others I had taken. Think I will keep looking.

It all seems to go downhill once you hit your thirties. I've been taking collagen for a while now and notice that my joints are doing much better and I am noticing better hair growth after a bout with a sickness that made my hair thin. These pills are lacking in after taste and flavor thankfully. You take 3 pills, but they are very easy to swallow if you don't have swallowing issues. I have a hiatal hernia which makes swallowing large pills difficult. I can swallow 2 of these at a time, but 3 at a time it gets stuck. If I were a normal esophagus, I could swallow all 3. There are no unpleasant side effects though. You get a months supply for $25 which is about normal for collagen having types I-5 in it. I would definitely purchase again. Since I can ride my bike without my knees popping as much, I'm going to continue!

The collagen is non-GMO and contains no hormones or antibiotics. The 90-capsule bottle lasts one month. Collagen is good for joints, but we also love it for its anti-aging properties on skin. My husband has been taking it regularly for over a year and his aging skin looks considerably younger than it did when he started. It's great for hair and nails as well and after seeing what it does for him, I'm taking it, too. This brand seems very good. The capsules are smaller than usual for collagen (which is why you need three) and they're easy to swallow. We're happy with this brand.

Bought because these supposedly strengthen hair growth, skin condition, and nail growth. I’ve been taking 3 a day for a couple of months and see no change at all.
