Q: Will this worked with dremel max saw us40?

In my opinion...If they are of the proper arbor size and RPM rating range..and will clear the safety guard when rotating..then I don't see why they wouldn't work on ant tool of that type.

Q: Are these designed to cut aluminum as well as steel?

Yes they will cut both. Aluminum is easier to cut than steel

Q: Where are these made? No Chinese

Made in China for Black Hawk...according to the printing on the box. I will say these are very good cutoff discs..some of the best we have ever used in our welding shop and we used many different brands. It is likely that most of these are made in China..but not sure of that.
