I bought this to use on brand new grout. I can only attest to how easy it is to use, it was very easy, no mixing or measuring, it comes ready to use and no mess to clean up other than a bit of wiping the little bit that did not soak in. I will update this review after the dogs pee on the new tile and when id gets dirty and needs to be cleaned.

Good Sealant, poor cap design
The Sealant works perfectly as intended. However, the cap is poorly designed. You might be better off using a separate brush to seal your grouts, as the roller and the way the Sealant dispenses is inconsistent and only really can be applied to some grout locations.

Applicator needs improvement
The sealer works good but the applicator is useless for vertical surfaces. On horizontal surfaces the applicator works better but is far from perfect. A small foam brush worked better.
