Tried these for the first time a couple of months ago. Love them! I use it on my toast instead of butter or margarine. Calories are a little higher, but it’s plant based. And the price is fantastic!

Seem very stable. Other truffle oils seemed to get stale quite quickly. Excellent flavors and aromas.

Buyers, watch what you are doing with this purchase. It is garbage. Anthony Bourdain, celebrity chef, noted the difference between "Truffle extract" and "Truffle Essence". This product is the latter and it is made synthetically, having nothing to do with the Truffle mushroom. It is misrepresented and way, way over priced. Bourdain was furious with products such as these. "Essence" basically means "chemicals" and has nothing, not one iota, to do with an actual truffle mushroom. Do the research on this, you will see I am correct. This product IS NOT TRUFFLE INFUSED, it is chemically infused to mimic the flavor of a truffle. Garbage. We've been tricked.

I bought this for the truffle flavor.. I cannot detect it

Some of the best truffle oil I’ve had. Lost some of it in transit, not sellers fault. Reordered and will continue to do so. The white truffle oil is exquisite.
