This sauce is incredible. I’ve been using it now for 15 years. I also get some for in the house just in case I get invited to a barbecue over the summer. I have been using this for years as a chicken breast marinade. It is absolutely fantastic. All of a sudden though, it has disappeared from store shelves. It used to be everywhere.

It is the best marinade you ever put on chicken beef, pork or lamb. Just make sure you leave it in the refrigerator for a few days to marinate. Then cut it into small cubes. Put steel skewers through it and grill it. You’ll be more than happy.

I love this companies marinade. I grew up in New York and was friends with their family. It is definitely the best speedie sauce.
