his H&P medical planner notebook has helped me tremendously during clinical rotations. Having a dedicated place to organize histories, physical exams, and assessments has made such a huge difference in how confident and efficient I feel on the wards. This was great for my clinical rotations. I was using a plain notebook but really wanted to have some organization with my H & P. The only thing that was kind of disappointing is the size of the notebook. It’s a little too small for my big writing, however, it fits conveniently in your white coat, which is nice.

I just completed my first semester of clinicals with my PMHNP program and this H&P notebook was perfect for taking notes throughout the appointments. It was small enough and it did not distract from the patients experience.

I originally got this for my boyfriend when he started 3rd year medical school rotations and he absolutely loved it. He said it is great especially for IM. It helped him organize his thoughts and notes and not forget to ask anything. He then got one for me and I agree! This is super helpful especially for medical students and interns, as they may need a little more guidance. It could also be helpful for senior residents and attendings, but less necessary since they are more experienced and may not need that level of guidance.

I bought this notebook before starting my clinical rotations. It is helpful but has very small boxes to fill in for some of the history information. It also runs out very quickly and is slightly overpriced in my opinion. I bought it once to help take histories and now don't use it at all. Will not be buying another.
