Must have kids calling watch
Size is perfectly fit on hand.Voice and mic is very clear. No noise.Very useful while child going to play, tuition, or outside home.You can track location easily where is ur child.Parent controling is good.Battery life is 1.5 day.Over rating 9/10

Worthless product with a crappy interface and no customer support
Tall claims and positive reviews about the product and customer support are completely false. The watch is quite bulky and does not have any control over the loudness of the ringer. Cannot be used in vibrate only mode as per the app's options. No customer service at all. I tried calling them multiple times on the given number but it was always switched off which itself is an indicator of the seller's intent.

Good product. Solves the purpose reasonable well
* First of all, customer support is superb & very prompt. Very satisfied with it.* Tracks reasonable well. At times, it fluctuates to little far location but most of the time shows correct locations. Solves the purpose of tracking the child well enough.* Awesome feature is Sound Guardian.* Design is also very good.* Only issue is that this only supports 2G. Very few mobile operators like Airtel supports that. Plus 2G signal is also very weak so it becomes difficult to call on the smarwatch.

Good watch and great service
I bought two watches for my kids and it was working perfectly alright till my son broke it … i was wondering if repair would be easy job or not … but Turet service centre is quick and very customer friendly … they repaired the watch and not it’s back to action.Genuinely very good product!!

Hate the app.
Useless app. Funny, the app is add driven and we need to pay to make it add free. Forget about the camera. Camera is on a blind spot. Call quality is very bad. Installing sim is a challenge. Very difficult to open the sim slot cover. Battery lasts only 5 hrs. The charging cable is another circus to practice. The material attracts dirt.Nothing to say good about it. Complete Disaster.

The watch is very useful. The support given by the team is amazing. Very easy for kids to operate the watch.

Good watch with tracking and calling!
This watch will be extremely useful to be able to get in touch with your kids since it works with a sim. This also helps with real time tracking od the person wearing the watch via the app installed on the phone. Overall extremely good features I would say and something that going to be a real value for money. Thank you!
