I don't know if you're anything like me, but I am constantly hooking my sunglasses on the neck of my t-shirt when exiting the sunshine to enter a building -- and then I'll bend over to do something and, just like that, my glasses are on the ground. The last time this happened, I ruined a lens. So I have been looking for a sunglasses-saver that doesn't look like it belongs around the neck of a "vintage" grandma. (Yes, I'm in that "grandma" age range myself, but is it a crime to want something fashionable to keep my glasses safe?) Anyway, I found this eyeglass chain while browsing Amazon. I feel like the beads are of a dimension that's commensurate with the size of my eyeglass frame, and the amethyst color makes it look like it's customized to my glasses. Additionally, it came with two sets of the neutral silicone connectors, so I have a backup when and if the first set gives out. I might get another chain for my other glasses!

At 6 foot, I always find necklaces too short. So, I am delighted at the longer length of the purple bead chain. The beads are tiny, quite delicate and ride comfortably on my neck. They do not interfere with the silver chain necklace I wear constantly. Also, they stay cool to touch even after several hours wearing. Very pleased. Edit less than a month of use. Thread snapped way too easily. Restring asap should prevent it.

Its high quality and made to last. Was worried about the weight of the stones but it has no impact on the wearing and don't even notice you are wearing. I like the fact it's sturdy. Looks good, makes a statement. Well worth the cost.
