Why did you pick this product vs others?:Sizing is odd. I bought these in a 9 and a 10 and they seemed to be the exact same size. I would have gone up if my toddler didn’t run outside with them making them un returnable.

My son received these as a gift 3 weeks ago. He absolutely loves them- great design, the comfort and ease of crocs. However, while riding in his stroller (not even walking or running around), the strap broke. It looks like you can snap the pieces into place, but you cannot. I purchased these over 30 days ago, so I am no longer in the return/refund window. Amazon directed me to the seller for refund/replacement. The seller asked for a picture, and then did not respond until I reached out again asking for the status. The seller told me I had to go through Amazon. So, I went back to Amazon customer service, who told me I had to go through the seller! I have had so many great experiences with Amazon and am highly disappointed as my son really loved these shoes, but there is no way to justify paying over $20 for shoes worn occasionally to break in 3 weeks.
