Automatic U-Shaped Ultrasonic 360 Auto Toothbrush with Whitening Blue Light for Adults

Nice little toothbrush. I wa skeptical on switching away from a standard one, but this worry was unfounded. This design gives me just as good of a cleaning but much faster. Honestly, it cleans even better. Recommended.

My wife and I have a special needs adult child who has difficulty brushing her teeth alone. We found these U shaped ultrasonic toothbrushes as a wonderful tool to help us assist her with her needs. We have used several other brands that have stopped working after a few months so we occasionally have to purchase her a new one when that happens. We decided to buy another brand that will hopefully last longer. This particular brand stopped functioning properly in less that 15 days. This product was delivered on July 25 and it was unable to charge properly by August 10th. As you can see in the picture of our product there are 4 contact points on the base and 1 of them became rusted and wore away. Since the product has only 2 contact points to charge, you have to turn the product backwards in the base to charge. Since the base was not designed for this, you have to apply a small amount of pressure to keep it charging; it will not charge without a constant pressure applied to it. We decided to go back with our original brand with a better base that had no exposed contact points. If you have a special needs child who needs help brushing their teeth then this is the kind of toothbrush that will become a lifesafer, but since children have difficulty keeping their toothbrushes dry then this particular brand is a poor choice due to the exposed contact points. I would give it 0 stars if that was a choice.

I'm really impressed with how easy and thorough it cleaned my son's teeth! The different frequency strengths were surprising at first. It's always been a fight to get him to brush properly... Hopefully this will help. Going to try some different foam toothpaste alternatives.

I find the brushes are not long enough to reach upper gums. The run time for me is too short as I need to trun it 3 or 4 times and I have to keep it plugged in to run. I also need to move it around to get all areas. Hard to brush the tongue. I have not used this type of tooth brush until your product. I'm sure my comments above are just me not used to this type of brush. I will be purchasing a new sonic regular toothbrush and continue to get used to the new shape.

While I like using it, the comments about the charger being no good are definitely true and sadly amazon did not give me an option to contact the seller. I find this type of brush to be easier on days when basic life functions feel difficult. It definitely helped with maintaining toothbrushing habits but now I can’t use it because there isn’t even an option to replace the charger. As seen in the photo, two of the charging prongs have fallen into the plastic base so it no longer functions. I will say, it definitely works better if you kinda move it around your mouth the way you would a toothbrush, while it’s vibrating. If you don’t you can end up with your teeth not feeling 100% clean.

The idea is great, but it does NOT replace regular brushing. I wish the mouth piece was longer so it could reach my back teeth. Even if I move it side to side the mouth piece doesn't reach. I only use this at night before bed. My gums are very receded and regular brushing twice a day does more damage to my gums and soft enamel. This is very gentle on my gums and teeth and cleans the surface of my teeth and gum line so I can continue to have clean healthy teeth. I have not used the whitening aspect of this, so I can not give my option on if it does whiten the teeth. I have used regular toothpaste and foam toothpaste. I have to say the foam works a lot better than the regular. I do floss before I it too.

The brush part of this item has stopped working. We’ve tried different sockets throughout the house but even though the bottom part is lit, the brush past is dead. Can you send another one without charge?

Not v impressed. It upset my oral biome, and didn't feel like it cleaned much either

This did not clean my teeth properly. After use teeth didn't feel shiny clean like they do when I use a toothbrush, nor did they look particularly clean.
