Good value for money!
Really impressed with it, especially for the price. Seems good quality & easy to use.One tip- to make sure you turn off the water tap before you retract the hose.

Great hose perfect length and easy to install , love how this hose retracts , well worth the money .

Rewind mechanism useless
The only reason for buying a hose like this is the convenience of having the rewind facility, without which they are literally pointless. It was slightly unpredictable from day1, but didn't take very long to sort out. Progressively over the next year it got worse taking more and more time to gentle feed the hose back into the casing. Today I got half way there and gave up.The problem is that the sliding gateway intended to ensure an even rewind across the drum sticks so the hose builds up on one side and jams. We have identical hoses from other suppliers using the same mechanism and they do not have this problem. Would not recommend.Update on 12m: Now totally useless, jams repeatedly when retracting and likewise when extending. I'll cut the hose off and bin the casing.

Retractor not very good
Retractor stopped working after a few uses. Even guiding the hose back in take a while. Pulling out the hose is also a hard task as it jams
