Well constructed!
I made the mistake of buying a cheaper product before this. Waste of money. This thing is worth every penny. Have been using for quite some time during life performances. Zero issues. Holds up to repeated use. Buy this!

One of the best iPad clip options I’ve tried
Quite a few tours (it travels in the flight case for my bass) and averaging 3-5 gigs per week locally and it’s held up beautifully. I removed the clamp portion and just screw it right on the top of a mic stand. Holds my 12.9” iPad when clamped to the sides but it’s super sturdy and I don’t worry about it falling or sliding off at all. Feels robust. Can hold anything from a phone to the largest tablet (depending on orientation of the clamps)

Perfect
Holding an iPad to a mic stand. No notes, works perfectly. Much higher quality and dependable strength than most of the plastic mounts you’ll find on Amazon. I feel okay trusting the life of a $500 tablet to this.

Sturdy and many positions very awesome product!
I was so happy to get this product and see how sturdy and well made it was. I have various sizes and thickness of stands for singers, piano and guitar and this fit them all very well. It holds onto your IPAD and other tablets which again I have various sizes and it securely held them all well. I am so happy with this cool versatile design. It is made to last, and you can tell the quality is good as soon as you hold it. I am a very happy customer the service was excellent too. Fast shipping and it was packed very well.

Solid holder with 2 flaws
Like everyone else I am impressed by how solid this is. I use it to hold an iPad for drumming and it works well. I do have two gripes, which are specific to my usage:1. If you mount this on a vertical rod, the motion of the arm is limited to swiveling left/right. The joint at the clamp does not allow tilting up and down. I am mounting this on a tilted microphone boom and would love to get it to point straight up but I can’t. A second ball joint at the clamp would have made that possible, but they chose not to do that.2. The clamp does a very nice job of preventing the holder from sliding down on a vertical rod. However, if I mount it on a horizontal rod and have the arm come out sideways, the weight of the iPad will make it slowly slip and swivel around the rod, no matter how much I tighten the clamp. It’s not immediately visible, but after 15 minutes you notice it dropped. If neither of these scenarios apply to you the, for all means, get this mount. I’m sure you’ll love it. I worked around these limitations and will definitely keep it.
