Edit: The clear case on the plastic portion of the faucet filter cracked when I had four more filters left, so I reached out to the company to see if they would just replace the case since I have so many filters left. Although it took a while, Tylola did get back to me and helped me with my concern. Other than that one issue, I have used and loved the same product( faucet filter) from this company for years with no issue. I may just have to be extra careful with the water pressure so that the case doesn’t crack again(I don’t use high pressure in my sink anyhow and had never had any issues before).

I really liked this at first, it screwed onto the faucet really easily and worked perfectly for a month. But when I tried to change the filter for the first time, I had to remove it from the faucet (it was impossible to just unscrew the bottom) and then when I tried to reattach it to the faucet it won't go back on. The cheap plastic already wore out after just 1 month. And I tried contacting Toyola for a replacement but the inquiry form does not go through.

I am truly joyful that this was a perfect fit. There is a difference when not having a filter for a bathroom sink. My face feels clean and I am able to feel the difference when rinsing my mouth after brushing my teeth.

The filter was great until it completely cracked apart without cause. This filter casing lasted about a month. I have filter replacements for it that are essentially useless. What a bummer. Had to buy something different and new to replace.

Was working fine until about 5-6 weeks in....the plastic sides of the faucet started to get cracks and water would squirt out from the sides. I had to disconnect the product. Was fine when it was new but poor quality to crack in such a short time. EDIT 1-16-25: A new one was sent and it is working just fine. CS was good. Thank you.

This water filter is fantastic! Installation is incredibly simple, taking only a few minutes and requiring no special tools. The filtration effect is noticeable; the water tastes clear and sweet, making it much safer for boiling water, cooking, and washing fruit. It's great value for money and highly recommended!

It worked perfectly for a month but then the filter broke so there’s water coming out through the side.
