I used this for about 3 months. I follow the training in the Rypstick app. Have seen gains. Would recommend

Great tool for warming up before a round
Really like this swing aid. I use it to warm up at the range or before a round. Great feel and weight to the club. It has a rubber non slip grip that feel great. It has two extra weights that you can add if there is not enough. The only thing I had an issue with is the shaft which seems pretty stiff so I dont get alot of lag out of the club but I guess thats kinda the purpose of the club is to help you gain that speed and put lag into your swing. Great buy in my opinion.

Shockingly effective so far
For reference, I’m 54 years old, 6’ tall and 190lbs. Not particularly strong. At time of ordering, driver SS was 87mph average, measured in my backyard into a net, using a Rapsodo MLM over the past few months. I’d guess on course that jumps 3-5mph, which is common.I received the speed trainer 5 days ago, and did 2 sessions following the Superspeed level 1 workout on YouTube. I did the sessions on day 2 and day 4.Today (day5) I hit several shots into the net with my driver, after just a few warmup swings with an iron. The MLM gave readings of 90,93,94 and 95 mph. (93 avg)In 5 days I’ve gained 6mph over my average.Quite frankly, that’s absurd. It blew away any expectations I had. I was hoping to get 5mph after 6 weeks vBut I have no reason to doubt the data. This thing appears to work very, very well for me. I am interested to see what additional gains I can make with continued use.For the price, this may be the best golf equipment value on the planet.

Good ( with modifications )
Was intrigued by the product cost versus it's better known competitor. Used it several times per the speed stick training protocol. First thing noticed was how slick the grip feels but on the third session the shaft was making a cracking noise. Several other users had reported shaft breakage so I removed the weight from the shaft and installed it on an old 3 wood shaft that had a better grip. Used a ferrule at the shaft/weight connection. Have used this now for a week and really like it. Started keeping track of clubhead speed with a lunch monitor and will report progress in a couple of months

Very good and inexpensive trainer
It's a little lighter than the other popular brands in each weight class, but only slightly (~10 grams). I honestly don't think that even matters - the premise is still the same. If you want more weight, just stick some lead tape on the weights. I gained quite a bit of swing speed training with these and working out in the gym. Be careful and do both. Play well.- EDIT: 1 YEAR LATER -The stickers on the shaft have fallen off and there are a couple dings and scratches on the weights themselves from concrete contact (I've never actually hit the ground while swinging, just bumped on accident), and the grip has been replaced twice, but it's still holding up like any of my golf clubs. The only qualm I have is the weights need to be screwed in tight and you MUST check they aren't loosening every couple swings. You should always be hyper aware while swinging a golf club at speed, regardless. The trainer is still working great, and I truly hit driver about 20-30 yards longer than when I started. I recommend downloading an app from the big brands (I use the Rypstick app) to help guide you. The seller also sells extra weights if that's a concern. Very good product and I still recommend it to everyone.

Be Careful. Dangerous!
Shaft snapped and weight went flying. I hit nothing and had not even added the extra weight. Weight went thru the flat screen TV on my garage wall. Had it hit a person, the injury could have been severe

Does the job
Once you put a new grip on and some loctite on the weight threads. It’s a solid training aid
