Stunning Shogun collection knives are all beautiful and well engineered, nicely balanced, super sharp and easy to handle. I recently used this to debone a turkey, duck and chicken to prepare a "Turducken" for our family celebration and it's flexibility and extreme sharpness made the task extremely easy and enjoyable. These Shogun Series knives are so lovely to look at, they are almost too nice to use. Highly recommend any Dalstrong product.

Bought three knives, arrived very quickly, manufacturer packaging excellent, knives feel good, look nice, but well. Hope they maintain their quality along the next years. If so, excellent value for money compared to "classic"brands.

I am not kidding you these knifes are sharp and with fine packaging. Sort it out a lovely box delivered with a brilliant attractive knife. One strong point is to keep all of Dalstrong knifes away from the chopping board and use them for the meat and vegetables only as for their strong point is sharpness.
