Amazing chairs! Highly recommend!
I’m moving to a new space so I ordered these chairs. It was free shipping which was amazing because all the other companies everyone told me to use was the same price for the chair but ridiculous shipping charge.I put the chairs together yesterday and it was super simple. You just slide the chair into the base and attach the foot rest. Easy! Once I had them in the space, I noticed the seal on the base was damaged and reached out to the company and they sent a new one the next day. Amazing customer service!I will say the chairs seem a bit wobbly but once someone is in the chair they seemed fine so I’m assuming it’s just the initial putting together might not have been in all the way. I also love how low these chairs get! I’ve never had a chair sit this low. Definitely a bonus. I’m 5’6 and the chair, when all the way down, hits probably at about my hips.Highly recommend!!

Great investment
I had been looking at chairs for a while and researched several of them before purchasing this one. I love the ease of assembly. I love the way the hydraulic lift isn’t right under the seat so it is a true 360 degree turn. My clients like the space and firmness of the seat. I love the lower back and better posture for my clients. The only downfall I’ve noticed is it’s hard sometimes to clean hair out of the sides and it doesn’t lift up as high as other chairs, but I’m 5’5 so it isn’t that awful. It goes low enough, however, that my clients don’t have to slouch

Useless after a year
Hydraulic pump went out after only a year of having the chair. I have a cheaper chair that I bought 9 yrs ago and now I'm back to using. Ironically, the cheaper chair has been more dependable than this chair that I paid a lot for.....

It’s beautiful, but check your product!
The chair is beautiful and it works as it should. However they put a damaged item in a perfectly intact box! I’ve tried requesting to reach out to the seller and Amazon takes me no where. Check your item!

Great chair!
Wide enough for all clients. Sturdy. Doesn’t pump very high but that’s ok. My only complaint is that when I turn it with a client seated in it… it makes a sound. Almost like a creaky fart. Oh well. My clients and I laugh at it.

It's comfortable
I bought both my chairs from Amazon buy rite beauty wants a 100.00 shopping fee saved more buying from here. I enjoy both chairs for the cost.
