Love this company; have read numerous water filter reports and trust this brand. I use their filter pitcher at home. It’s great to have a filtering bottle with the same reliability. My only complaint is there seems to be air in the straw frequently. I don’t agree with others’ suggestion that you have to suck hard. Maybe if you never work out and eat Twinkies all day. But I still recommend as it is vastly important to get as much crap out of our water as possible - in order to thwart the elites’ plan to off us all by various tactics such as poisoning our water with chemicals that don’t enhance anyone’s health - or help dental issues. Cheers!

When I am in the United States, With all the pharmaceuticals, heavy metals, And pesticides and the municipal water supply I always always have this on hand. The idea is nice, but the fact that you have to turn your head into a giant vacuum to drink, it is absurd. I realize that this is because of the filter, That being said, the rubberized tip on the mouthpiece does not securely fasten to the plastic lid. You are always fighting vacuum leaks. Thank you for making this, but this is just another American company pumping out Products for consumerism. It’s a shame they didn’t actually make this well to even out the pricing.

Yes, this straw mechanism is like drinking a milkshake as they caution — if a milkshake had a bunch of air pockets in it. Hate that about it. That this isn’t dishwasher safe is also difficult & time-consuming. While I’m glad I got this to use when I have no other option for filtering, it’s not the greatest and I ultimately don’t recommend it particularly for the price point vs. dysfunction & inconvenience.

Very difficult to suck water through the filter. Looks great but the lid keeps cross threading so you have to be careful when screwing together. I’ll only try to use when necessary.

The product arrived and I was very excited to use it. I followed all of the setup instructions and began using the product and quickly realized that the straw apparatus had many air leaks that prevented adequate suction. I called customer support and they gave me troubleshooting techniques all of which were ineffective. After managing to get some water to come up through the straw I notice that I began to get headaches. You have to suck so hard on the straw it gives you a headache when you use it. The amount of water it holds ends up being around 15 oz because the filter takes up so much room. The design of the water bottle is very impractical even for a portable filter water bottle. Product returned.
